Need to know what stock ROM, Kernel and Baseband versions are for Droid

I rooted. Had fun. Now I'm hopefully back to stock. But I have some choppiness that makes me think I have a remnant from the rooting on my droid.

Can someone look in the settings, About Phone and tell me what last 5 lines read from a stock phone that was never rooted?

    Model #
    Firmware Version
    Baseband Version
    Kernel Version
Build Number (should be ESD 56, but I just want to verify).

Thank you so much for your time.
