    No big loss for Google, its not like the N1 is selling that great anyway. Maybe a name change would help sales.

    Considering Google has more money than God they will probably pay that company to keep the name. If Verizon and/or Motorola can pay LucasFilms for the Droid name, I am more than confident Google wont have an issue.
