Email Synch Time Schedule

Coming over from Windows Mobile with Activesync.
One of the features was the ability to schedule the times period for syncs to occur, for example, I could set it to use push email but only during the day, say, 6 a.m. to 9 p.m., so as not to wake me up in the middle of the night.
Anything close to that ability with the Droid?

I have been looking for someone else with this question for two weeks. I'm in the same boat. As far as I can tell, there are several PROFILE apps out there to mute notifications but still sync, but I am not sure that any will differentiate between email and TXT notifications... I think they'll both be silenced.

Found an app called Bedside that does what I need, also has a section in preferences dedicated to text messaging. For $1.49, its worth you checking it out.
