Probably the DROID 4, but I really think we'll see new physical keyboard devices in 2013 (powerhouse devices anyways, maybe some cheapies...). I'm sure she could get used to an on screen if she gave it a chance and you could somehow convince her.
I've had a Rezound for over a year and she can't stand to type on it.
Droid 4 or Samsung Stratosphere 2.
