Building an App for the Kindle Fire ONLY

I have seen that at least one entity that has created an App for release on the kindle fire only. I would like to do something similar. I would like to do these things. We had an App that got rejected because it didn't look good on the kindle fire. So I redesigned it for the KINDLE FIRE layout and want to release it ONLY for the Kindle Fire and then have another one that is NOT for Kindle but when I released Apps previously on the Amazon store and I didn't recall seeing a place to set these parameters. Did I missing it or do I have to do something different.
