Not sure what I want

Pretty much narrowed it down to a Razr, Razr Maxx, or Nexus. I don't use my phone much (mostly texting, few calls, some emailing and internet) and I don't plan on rooting or anything. I really just want a phone that will make through the day without me having to be tethered to a charger like I was with my Thunderbolt. Obvious choice I'm sure would be the Maxx, but for what I use my phone for could I make it through a day on a single charge with the other two?
