got few questions :)

So I got my droid yesterday and I love it better than my blackberry storm I know my way around the droid but I have few questions that I need help with....1. Is there an app that can change the color of the notification led?? I know you can do it on the g1...2. How do I get the htc hero clock with the weather I've looked in the market but I can't find it and 3. On the browser when I change windows I wanna be able to see the lil windows not the list view how do I change that?? Any help would be great guys thank you
