So I lost my new Droid razr Max .
I claimed it lost and signed a affidavit along with my lic.
To find out the phone is not in stock and back order .
Asurion's the worst customer service ever .
They called me a day week later asking if I would take a Droid razr . I told them no way I'm going to downgrade.
I check online and they taken me off the reserved list .
they told me it can take how ever long until, they get the phone.Then I said! What a month ,she mumbles and says is there anything else you need help with .
Totally avoiding the questions.
