milestone and the droid the same....(root the same way?)

i just got a milestone.....im use to rooting phone but new to the droid....
like the mytouch 32b n the 32a....it is the same with the milestone n the droid?
can i use the same file to root my phone im scared i might brick my phone....

Im pretty sure that yes, you can use the same file. Use the update.zip "root" file that is available all over this forum to root your Droid...or Milestone sorry, it should be the same file to achieve this. But do not, under any circumstance hold me responsible if this does not work. I'm almost 99.9% sure this should work the same as on a Droid...
