Hi lirpa! Welcome to the forums! Is this a recent problem or have you always had it with this phone? Does this happen no matter where you are or only in certain locations? Is there anything different you have done with your phone recently (updated to ICS, installed new apps, etc). Let is know and we might be able to pinpoint the problem. The Razr typically has done well for phone reception and data so we should be able to get you fixed unless it is a bad phone or tower issue.Originally Posted by lirpa704

I just replaced my OG Droid Incredible with a shiny, new SGSIII and kept my grandfathered unlimited data plan. My plan also includes an iPhone 4S with 2GB/mo, and 3 feature phones. One of the feature phones is on its last legs, and my stepdaughter would like to take over the DInc to replace her failing Samsung Intensity II. The question is, can we get data on this phone without giving up the grandfathered unlimited data on the SGSIII?
I had Verizon last year. As a college student, I receive a lump sum financial aid refund every few months. I was unable to pay the bill on time, and Verizon refused to work with me. I have been without a phone for several months. In January I'll be starting an internship. I need a reliable phone again (Verizon is the only provider that works in all the locations I frequent). Will I be able to get back on Verizon, or will they block me since I didn't pay my last bill?
It is an ad from an app you recently downloaded. Unfortunately it is how some app developers make some money to keep developing but receiving ads via text is not my idea of good advertising and, for me, a quick way to decide to not use the app. You can uninstall any recent apps you installed and reinstall one at a time to find out what the offending app is (the one once reinstalled gives you a spam text within his) or you can install airpush detector or addons detector to see if they can identify the offending app.Originally Posted by millennumturtle
It is hard to say, but you will have to pay your past due balance and probably any late fees that were acquired. It seems that once that is satisfied, then you should be able to. Another option would be to check out Walmart (as much as I don't like to support them but I digress). They have some sort of mobile phone service that uses Verizon's network.Originally Posted by Raditude
My thunderbolt keeps randomly rebooting itself. I did the complete reset, etc and it still occurs. My early upgrade is November but I was wanting to get the s3 or nexus now. Would verizon let me upgrade now instead of waiting til november since my phone is rebooting randomly?
