The Charge. I've tried them all out, I personally like the Charge best. Just my opinion. Too bad you can't wait and have the Bionic as an option.
Suggest them to throw in an Inc2
But out of those, I'd probably go with the Thunderbolt since I love my Inc already.
The Charge looks cool, but I hate the UI.
The short battery life and reboot issue rules out the Thunderbolt.
none but if i had to choose just to get the unlimited data, CHARGE. So I had to get it.
I just got a thunderbolt last week and I experienced no problems whatsoever with mine. Many of the people that had experienced any problems have been addressed since the OTA that just went out.
I upgraded to it from a rooted/overclocked OG Droid running a liquid rom and I can say I am definately happy.
So my vote is for the thunderbolt.
Doesn't matter what I would choose unless you're offering it to me.
Provide your criteria if you want relevant suggestions. Don't make decisions based on the needs/wants of others.
You're going to have to be concerned about battery life no matter what you choose. Don't assume that selecting a certain model will solve all your battery life concerns.
Criteria in order:
1. Good voice properties, both transmitting and receiving
2. Needs to make it through the day on the internal battery without recharging. Aprox 60-100 min of talk time. Some email. Very light web use.
3. Mobil email use
4. Text use
5. Occasional tethering when out of town
6. Needs to endure 1 year of use
7. 4G currently not available in our area
Cost is not a factor, company pays for the phone and plan.
4G may expand to your area over the time period you will have the phone. Good chance your company has insurance on the phone too. My D1's headphone jack died a week before my one year went by and the phone got swapped for another. You don't mention global travel so that won't matter. You also don't mention what sort of power is near you during the day. Cars, wall outlets, and computers can keep your phone battery topped off whereas not having powersources nearby can really limit how much use you get out of the phone during the day before the battery dies.
How do you text? Slide out or touch screen? That will make a difference in your choice as well.
I'd go into a store and handle each of them too.

If you apply a rom or theme - backup first!
If you don't know how to backup...Stop until you do.
hint: I name my backups like this: sg6.0_20100428 or ss4.2_20100626 to easily find them later. rom and date.
