    Help - Safe Uninstall Pop Up

    Sorry if this is covered but a quick search did not find anything. Every now and then (when I open an app or when I am in the market place..) I get a pop up that says Safe Uninstall - Would you recomend this app Good Bad...
    Does any one know what this is? How to get rid of it?
