    Did Google drop the ball?

    What a nightmare going on for support for their new phone, i hope they get there act together before they give andriod a bad name!!

    Some forums on the Nexus One, users have been complaining it freezes up a lot, the battery sucks, and the screen isn't as crisp as they thought it was. One member from one forum said the Droid's screen looks better than his Nexus One.

    I will get link hold on, seems if you bought N1 from google the only support from them is through email with a couple day turn around and as for T-Mobile their service people say they have nothing from google as far as how to support the phone. T- mobile service dept telling customers to call HTC for help, and HTC sending them back to t-mobile.

    I hope this is all bs, i will be back with link.

    Looks like the way they're distributing this thing is terrible after all. I was wondering how it would work and now I know...it doesn't.
