Thanks for the replies. I have tried to add the insurance but Verizon told me that since it is past the 30 days, that I can't.
I think my options are slim to none because as Big Cam so nicely pointed out, I did drop the phone and opted not to get the insurance.
I was more interested in the people that have had luck getting a replacement for $50, which I have seen a few people say they have gotten. I'm sure you get a refurb in that situation and it seems like it might depend on what Verizon store you go to whether or not they will give that to you.
