About LinkBacksWe have two old Motorola RAZR phones that we are going to donate, one battered women and the other to the troops overseas. How do I wipe the memory and phonebooks so they are clean? I don't want to go entry by entry on each phone.

02-05-2011 08:13 AMMy suggestion is to take them to your local Verizon store and have them do it with one of their machines.
My Razr was acting up a few years ago, and they did a complete system wipe and restore (just like reformatting your hard drive).
