About LinkBacksJust got my Droid. First phone with real capabilities, so learning curve is steep right now. I was told by the Verizon guy that email was NOT pushed to Droid. I was poking around for setting to change frequency of email/contact/calendar sync (for no real reason), and didn't see. Is there such a setting, or was I told wrong? Cuz it seems like the info is being pushed.

Gmail is pushed, others are fetched (as frequently as every 5 minutes if you want), Exchange accounts are also pushed I think -

If there is a gmail setting that will poll pop accounts every 5 minutes drinks are on me. -

Gmail pushes by default.
All tested and confirmed with personal accounts. -

The OP can always forward his email to hid gmail. Once gmail recieves it its oushed to the device. That's how I do it
