    How do I remove a theme?

    I think I f-ed up. I dl'd a theme and don't want it and want to return to stock original. I didn't do backup or anything and just want to go to factory standard theme. Please, someone tell me I can easily do this and how??

    find the original ROM that you downloaded, and re-flash it. make sure to wipe data/cache tho because sometimes there will be tid-bits from the theme left over.

    oh an MAKE A BACKUP!!

    Make a back up next time and all you have to do if you don't like a theme or rom is do a nandroid restore. To your previous backup. I recomend backing up you current state before you make any changes; rom, theme, kernel.

    actually, all i did was uninstalled the theme from my "manage applications" option in setting. went right back to original wallpaper that i had. very simple.

    basically it changes notification bar colors, battery indicators, app icons, menus, button press colors, ect. you have to be rooted, and you have to have a custom ROM to do it. its easy once you get past the fact that your warranty is no longer good and actually have your recovery image installed.
