    How do I Downgrade from FRG22D to FRG01B?.

    I'm new to the droid forums world and I am running android 2.2 build FRG22D not rooted. I have looked all over these threads and i haven't found a legit way to downgrade. I just want to go from stock FRG22D to stock FRG01B. I need a step by step procedure with download links and anything else i need to know. I'm a little familiar with flashing roms and what not, but i'm not a pro. So a detailed explanation would be nice.. Thanx a lot for reading!

    It's actually really easy on a droid 1, but the OTA update will keep bugging you to update to frg22d unless you use a different recovery. Just use RSD Lite and the frg01b SBF file from here: peteralfonso.com/p/downloads.html

    You'll have to reactivate your phone and install all your apps again.

    The bigger question is: why do you want to go back? Most seem to want to go back due to lagging caused by the latest update. Doing a factory reset usually clears most of the lag. If it is a home screen redraw problem then switching to LauncherPro or ADW launcher usually fixes that.
