    Adobe calling quits on Flash for iPhone

    "Adobe now says it plans to concentrate on developing for Google's Android mobile operating system, according to a blog post Mike Chambers, Flash platform product manager for Adobe."

    Steve Jobs doesn't like it so NOBODY gets it...

    lol, this is really funny since about 2 months ago Steve Jobs said that Flash was responsible for more problems in the computer world then anything else. Steve Jobs never had any intentions of using Flash, this is no secret.

    OP, I'm trying to get someone to fix your title.

    So then what's their contingency plan for viewing all the cartoons, games, and streaming pornography that utilizes Flash? Not getting it? iFail 3G/4G?

    Why is my droid so sticky...

    I'm not sure I even care about flash anymore, I say bring on html5 and lets see how that works. Being a Linux user I don't have much good to say about flash, or Adobe for that matter.

    Some websites still ask to install quicktime plugin, i can't believe it.

    flash sucks!!! it crashed on my firefox all the times. From what I'm reading, HTML5 is much better, faster, and it's opened source. I say bring on HTML5.

    Say what you want, but flash is a standard these days. You may not like it, but in order to view a lot of sites at their full potential you need it...you can't expect everyone just to jump off the flash boat...
