If you're asking whether or not you'll get them automatically,,, yea you will. But you need to have phone service there.

Your Droid is always connected to the internet..that is the extra $29 you pay each month.

If I'm not in an area that has wireless, just phone service...am I still getting Internet service? Would I get email without Internet service?

No. Email is data and when data is not available you won't get emails. However if you're in the US that should be no problem. And if you arn't in the US you should be able to obtain it via WiFi, and make sure that your phone is in Airplane mode you don't get roaming data fees.
