    Pattern disabled by remote phone administrator... PLEASE HELP

    Hi there,

    I have a sony ericsson Live phone (Android 2.3.4) and yesterday set up an exchange email sync to my phone from my outlook email for work. Usually I have a pattern lock appear every time I lock the screen - This is what I prefer. I noticed after I set up the sync that my phone no longer required a pattern. In settings, the option is now blanked out and says "disabled by remote phone administrator" so I put in a pin to replace the pattern. However the pin is only activated after 15 minutes of inactivity. I have today, deleted the email sync as I no longer need it. However, the option for using a pattern is still disabled. I would settle for a pin lock however I cannot see how to make it activate upon locking the screen every time, which is what I need... can anyone shed any light on how to reanable the pattern lock, or how to make the pin lock work instantly again?
