android and wnr3500 issue problems !

hi !

at home i have a netgear wireless router model wnr3500.
i can't manage to connect my android device 2.37.
i see the network name and when i try to connect, it ask for ip and disconnect and redo it forever.

i tried to desable all the protection of the router, nothing works better.

my other device (netbook and windphone phone) works perfectly to use wireless connection with my router.

i don't know what is wrong : the router wnr3500 or the andrdoid 2.3.7 device.

shall someone help me ?

i can't find a way out from this problem.
i tried static ip, i tried no security connection, i tried vpn too, both of my android 2.3 devices can connect throught wifi using this netgear wnr3500 router whereas all other devices (windows, apple,linux) can without problem.

So, i bought a litte other brand routeur, the 30$ tiny tp-lin model tl-wr7202N :
TL-WR702N - Welcome to TP-LINK
and i cascaded behind the netgear and guess what ? android 2.3 devices work !!!

so, i guess it was a problem of incompatibility between android 2.3 and netgear wnr3500.

Last week, i got a sony xperia tablet with android 3 (not 2.3 now), and guess what ? it connects to the netgear wnr3500 !
So now, i conclued the from should have came from android 2.3 , not from the netgear device.
