music renaming

anyone know a good windows lor linux program to bulk rename mp3 files and orginze them based on title artist album ect

about to upload all them to google docs but want to clean up the format first as amazon mp3 files are named poorly

How about for osx? I try renaming the files in itunes but when I transfer them to my droid it puts some songs under unknown artists.
