I spent several hours this AM with MOTO support and they claim they have no detailed instructions on each GB enhancement. The dude only provided me with a list.
Now I'm no rocket scientist, but I KNOW that SOMEONE wrote the software and knows how to use it.
I asked him to escalate my issue to a higher level of support and he claimed that I would get the same response. I told him to humor me. As long as I keep responding to his messages, he can't close out the case and wont get his Level 1 rep brownie points.
If anyone has better luck, please respond with the info.
