    Can I remove the galaxy x update?

    My sister got the galaxy x and she had an update but didn't do it cuz she had problems with her last phone that made her phone slow and mess up after the update, but I got on her galaxy x and did the update for her and now her phone is doing what her last phone did its slow and messes up so is there anyway we can remove tthe updae & go back to what her phone had before it?
