    Any tips for saving battery power?

    Any suggestions on what to do with saving battery life? Any apps, settings, etc?

    Best tip is avoid using free application in your phone. These free apps consumes your battery three times extra.

    Interesting reply above, since we all have at least 300 free apps on our phones.
    What about turning off wi-fi. Does that save battery life? Also, can one turn off 4g (and go on 3g) when you desire - to save battery life?

    Yes, doing those things definitely saves battery

    One of the main reasons NOT to get free apps is consumption of battery and bandwidth.
    (I don't think I have three free apps let alone three hundred - other than my bank and such)
    Things that constantly use the cpu will consume the most power - checking ambient light with auto brightness or if you live in an area that has awful 4G reception the phone will be searching constantly.
