glitchy video

Im using mediacoder and I put an episode of the office on my droid and it turned out great!!!! Then for some reason I tried an episode of Flashforward and it turned out really glitchy. So far every movie i converted so far is very glitchy. I put the video format in h.264 and mpeg4. please help....... is because i turned up the quality of video? On vlc player it plays fine but on my droid its super glitchy. thanks for the help.

Just because VLC plays it doesn't mean the Droid will. These #'s aren't set in stone, but it seems the Droid has issues with video files above 2Gb and/or bit rates above 1200kbps.

Try encoding at a lower quality.
