Also, I'm waiting for someone to confirm whether Gapless playback is finally implented on 2.1...... -

03-15-2010 09:11 AMNo. Just because some awesome people decided to fix/create a way to do something, does not mean that Motorola/Verizon will have this added to the next firmware patch/upgrade.

I assume this is the patch being used in some of the custom ROMS (don't hold me to that)
FLAC on Android - Phones
Of note from the notes "only supports 16bit files" and "it appears the droid doesn't support 24bit"
