    MyBackUp Pro

    I know this app backs up my applications and data, but does it do it automatically?

    If I download a new app and I want to back it up, does it add it automatically or do I have to back up my phone again?

    It has something where you can schedule, but just mms, sms, call log, etc. Not apps. Those you have to back up manually.
