    PdaNet

    anyone else use it? I downloaded it and got it all set up and am now on it as we speak
    ps: unlimited is truly unlimited internet right, and are there any legal problems with using this app?

    I've been using it since July when I got my DX, and I love it. No problems with it and the SMS/Chat thingy is pretty slick! I just got Barnacle WiFi tether and have been used it a couple of times. It is nice to not have to plug the phone into the USB like with PDANET, but I found the connection to be a little less reliable on Barnacle.

    I use it, Never an issue with it or data use....

    hey! Need help I installed it on a friend's laptop (Windows Vista 64 bit) - I'm trying to help him set it up for his Droid Incredible. His phone is NOT rooted and I wouldn't want to root it if I can avoid it. I thought PDA Net would works on non-rooted phones? However when it tries to connect (and I did check the mobile broadband option on the phone - and the phone is physically connected to the laptop via USB cable) I get an error message on the PC saying something like "unable to access the internet".... or something like that (next time I try I'll take a screen shot).

    Does anyone know how to fix this?

    I had to turn off my firewall for it to work (windows XP).
