I am in search of a decent (and free) business expense tracking App. I found a couple that have subscription requirements and I am trying to minimize business expenses (and track business expenses too)
What I am looking for is an app that will:
· Use my GPS to track millage and allow me to log the date, time, client account and reason for trip
· Take photos of receipts for expenses and allow me to enter in figures, clients, categorize info, and keep totals
· Have quick buttons for frequent or repetitive expenses
· Allow the export and e-mail an Excel or QuickBooks file to a full computer on a regular basis.
Anyone have any suggestions other than pay the $2.99 a month for ProOnGo?
