As far I know there are no apps that will do that if your are stock.
Correct, at least not that I'm aware of. I don't know why. Cache-mate for rooted users does it all, even comes with a widget.Quote:

There is a FREE app in the market called Quick System Info PRO. Adds a Clear Cache widget. Or open program, go to applications tab, then Menu button > Clear Cache. One of my most used apps, use it to check status of my phone. I'm non-rooted moto droid.

I downloaded quick app clean cache.... so far it works for me. I am stock.
