07-20-2010 12:33 PMFunny...I just did this. go to deleted by moderator, and search swype. You want the one that is for milestone. 1.56 is the version. I have on my droid right now just finished the tutorial, and now swyping! Good luck, hope this helps.

07-20-2010 12:48 PMSwiftkey works great for me....I never could get swype to work to my liking. I think I have some sort of issue keeping my finger steady on the keyboard.

07-20-2010 12:55 PMI liked swype, but I have always liked HTC_IME.. That said, I did try out swift key and still have it installed. I think I'm just use to the htc one.

07-20-2010 01:29 PMI signed up for swype beta testing a month or so back, recieved an e-mail with a download link the next morning. As of this reply it is, and has been working just fine for me. Best app ever.

hint: I name my backups like this: sg6.0_20100428 or ss4.2_20100626 to easily find them later. rom and date.
