Why not copy and paste the contents on your computer? As for an app I'm not sure.
Why not just copy/paste the contents of the card to your pc?

A hard drive with active files is different than a mounted SD card that is not being accessed. There's no difference between imaging and simply copying all of the files, as long as none of them are being used by active processes.Quote:

As far as an 'image', any app that lets you image a CD or hard drive from within the OS will let you do the same with the SD card.
