    Handcent sms help plz

    Guys I downloaded the handcent sms app and when text come thru my ringer goes off twice, one for handcent and one for the stock messaging and then there's two notifications in my status bar for each, how can I turn off the default messaging service?

    All you have to do is open up the stock messaging program and uncheck auto retrieve and notifications.
