02-25-2010 04:58 PMpinch zoom! you can zoom in to anywhere on the planet.. the closer you get, the more things that pop up. mostly wiki articles i think... anyway, you can go scope out area 51 if you want!

In the car (keep your eye on the road!) it tracks where you are.
"Look around" lets you tilt-n-pan to view the horizon. Again, if moving you now zip along almost like in a moving street view.
This all means you can run around in the middle of the night or during a total eclipse and see where you are going. Except those cars likely aren't still there. -

02-25-2010 05:42 PMThe only downside to using it currently is that it uses a lot of juice from the battery and uses a lot of CPU power. Your droid can then turn into a hand warmer for us that live in the colder regions. I wouldn't say that it's usable right now for navigation. LOL
I think it's more useful for presentations and such, except we haven't figured out how to have the Droid be used with a projector.Last edited by bastosero; 02-25-2010 at 05:52 PM.
