MP3 InCall Recorder & voice PRO
So far I haven't really found a lot of use for it to be honest. I have tried a few times now now, just because. Honestly I'm sort of glad that I have the version that doesn't record every call. But it is nice knowing that I have the option to if I want to.

There's been several threads regarding call recorders in the past, and in each case I've placed a disclaimer in the form for people so they know what they can and can't do. Thus one is no different.
First, it is against US federal law for any third party to record the conversation between two our more other parties without those parties having knowledge of the recording. The only exception to that law is when a court issued order is placed in effect allowing the recording process to take place. This falls under the Federal Wiretapping Law. In the case of other countries or provinces, there may be similar laws in effect that I'm not aware of. It is in your best interest to determine for sure whether or not those laws apply to you.
In the US as well, there are laws that vary from state to state. In some states, it's legal to record a phone conversation if at least one of the members of the call (i.e. the one recording the call), is aware of the call being recorded. It is not necessary to inform the other party in those states. The exception to this rule is when the other party is in a state where their own state laws require both parties or all parties on the call to be informed of the recording process.
From the above exception, you can conclude that there are certain states which have very strict phone call recording laws and in those states all parties on the call must be made aware that the call is being recorded and provide their consent. If you decide to record a call in one of those states or with a party that is in one of those states and do not inform them you're breaking interstate wiretapping law.
What you should take away from this is that recording of private conversations .outside of those strict exceptions is a serious crime, punishable by both fine and imprisonment. You should also realize and keep in mind that this is also invasion of the privacy of those parties on the call, and put yourself in their shoes. Would you like to be recorded if you didn't know it?
When we have a phone conversation, we have an implied and expected level of privacy in that call. If that privacy is invaded by any illegal wiretapping process, we have the right as those whose privacy is being invaded to seek prosecution and restitution for our Privacy having been breached.
In short, unless you're following the laws as explicitly written in both the state you're calling from and any states that are party to the call, and unless you're doing this for reasons of safety, personal security, legal reasons or otherwise similar and justified purposes, it's best not done.
