    Lost my app icons:Droid Eris

    I am new here and I could not find the search feature(it is probably right in front of me).So I am asking.
    I go to Menu then All Programs,but only two of the apps are on the list,even though Applications Manage still shows them installed.Where did they go?What did I do wrong?
    Forgive the newbie, I just got this phone on Saturday.
