Switch from ADW to ADW EX and missing handfuls of applications from app drawer?

Pretty much as the subject states. I decided to check out ADW EX the other day and so far it is pretty sweet and a lot of nice extra options but for whatever reason I can't figure out why there are a large handful of apps missing from the app drawer. Just a random disappearance. I can go into the Market and pull them up and they work from there. Can also add a shortcut to the home screen just fine. Just MIA in the app drawer. Any clues? Looked through all the settings and nothing really jumps out at me to try.
