Has anyone figured out how to get support from Dataviz?
I own documents to go and that works fine so I haven't needed support but last week i bought RoadSync and have had trouble with syncing and get lots of errors.
on Monday 9/12/11 i sent a support request, i got the auto reply in a couple minutes saying they would reply within 3 business days, yesterday 9/15/11 i replied to their auto email asking when I could expect someone to answer, i put a read receipt on it, later that day i got an email saying, "Your message was deleted without being read on Thursday, September 15, 2011 4:44:40 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)."
what's with that? first off, like most, my email is very important to me as i run a business so 3 days to reply is unacceptable anyway then to have support just delete the message without reading it..... just plain sucks.
I was using Touchdown and thought I'd try RoadSync, I'm back to Touchdown, at least they reply to support requests.
