    Free/Low-Cost Content Filter

    Anyone know of a good content filter? My requirements/wish list for such an app...

    1. Needs to filter all content coming into the phone, especially for adult content; and
    2. Can only be uninstalled with a password.

    I am on AT&T so it probably needs to be available on the normal Android app market and I will want to buy 3 copies.

    Am I out of date? I only heard some web filter which used for parental control.
