    Memo + Password + Desktop synch with wire

    I'm an old PALM user and made much use of their MEMO function. Seeking something similar with 1) individual entry password option (or not), 2) a desktop entry capability where I can type in or paste full documents into the Memo, and 3) a wire synch between Droid Motorola and PC. Seems like the IT department wants to line directly instead of going out through the complicated firewall. Any apps that fit this arrangement?

    The only advice I can lend is to try Googls Docs. It'll be password protected in that you'll have to log into your Google account online in order to access your notes document. There is a Google Docs app that will sync your notes document on your phone with the one online.

    I don't know of any real syncing between the computer and Droid via the USB.

    That's about the best I can do.
