so I use handcent for sms, and I have afew texts that I have" locked" so I can save them forever when they disappear from my 1000 text thread. but I don't know where they go/where to find them. any help?

yes, but i went on the website, and u have to PAY for their features? i didnt know this.
theres no way that i could just see them from somewhere on my phone. i dont want to pay to see them online cuz the whole point is i dont even want them online. just saved somewhre in a special file/folder on my phone.
I thought there was an option to not delete messages on its own.

SMS Backup+. That app would be my suggestion.
My only complaint about SMS Backup + is that on my wife's D2 it won't backup incoming messages. Developer blames Motorola and won't update the app to counteract the "firmware bug" that exists.
