Hootsuite question about scheduled tweets

Can someone tell me how scheduled tweets works with Hootsuite for Android? I created one earlier today. I entered my test, selected the accounts I wanted to post to, and set the time and date for the scheduled tweet. But later I went in to just send a normal tweet and I saw the scheduled tweet still seamed to be sitting there waiting to be sent. So my question is if you are using scheduled tweets with Hootsuite can you not send other tweets in the mean time?

Never mind. I answered my own question. After you schedule the tweet you still need to hit the send button and the tweet goes into a pending status. The next step is to make sure the phone is on so Hootsuite can send the tweet for you.
