Looking for app or need help finding similar app

So here is a bit of background. I have 2 children with high functioning autism. Sometimes they stop speaking and cannot communicate anymore. However they have used pecs type cards with great results. Pecs are picture cards to identify different feelings, wants, and needs. The despised ipod and ipad both have many apps for this. Is there anything like this for android? Or could anyone make a similar type of app?

It seems that the number of 'autism' apps for Android is growing rapidly. I've compiled a list of 25 at List of Android applications for people with autism | iAutism.

Any help getting more app names will be much appreciated!
