[WIP] Wrye Bash Updater

Wrye Bash Updater is a app written to have a mobile instruction manual and tutorial to which you can read up and learn how to use the mosted widely used tool for the elderscrolls iv oblivion mod management besides oblivion mod manager.

You can also use the app to check for the latest builds for the pc app as well.

Right now it is in alpha stage and this is my first app I have attempted to do for the android os.

This app should run on the android os 1.5 or later and requires internet access to gather the updates for the documentation and tutorials.
