Can this be done?

Using a Tablet such as a Xoom, can an app be written to stream music, run Google Maps with GPS, monitor all gauges including Speedometer and can an FM radio be put into it to completely replace all gauges and radio on my Harley Davidson Motorcycle?

I know I can get the inner fairing to hold it just not sure if it is all possible, knowing the Harley crowds this will take off

Basically it would be a tablet built into the dash, until you began to ride, then you would open the app with Radio, GPS and gauges

Any thoughts????
