Help with Eclipse and App Dev

For the past couple of days I have been trying to figure out how to do the most basic thing in Eclipse for an app I would like to develop. I have also tried app inventor - But, doesnít seem like itís a good fit for me.

I have read a ton of information online at the google dev team page. Done a ton of tutorials and a lot of trial and error.

So I am posting this as a reach for help -

I would like to find a sample, tutorial, code, anything to get me started on creating a sort of cookbook type app. I think right now I am having trouble figuring out how to create "pages". A good example is the Grill Guide app. That is basically what I want to try and make. Simple as it seems I am struggling.

    Any help?
