If I connect a BT USB adapter, such as the Moto D200, to my car's USB port....will my Droid play music through it to the car stereo? That would seem much better than using an FM transmitter.

? Your headset has a USB port but no aux in(s)?? that seams a bit.. odd, if it does have a aux in that's you're best best as BT audio streaming eats battery like crazy.
The BT adapter would have to support music (i.e. be seen by the Droid as an audio capable device like BT headphones) so... what does the adapter say/list on it's specs?
You are right to be wary. There is much bullcrap. Be wary of me too, because I may be wrong. Make up your own mind after you evaluate all the evidence and the logic. - Mark Rippetoe
I don't use a headset. My car has both an aux-in, and a USB port in the console. If I connect an MP3 player to the USB it charges, plays through the car stereo. I could do the same with the Droid but then my phone would be in the console, so I was hoping to use BT for the music. The Moto D200 is supposed to be able to stream music from a PC to a BT headset, and it is listed as being compatible with the Droid so how would it be used other than what I'm thinking?
